Siteserv is a leading Infrastructure & Utilities support services group operating from 53 strategic locations in the United Kingdom and Ireland. The group provides Infrastructure and Utilities support services, Industrial and Multi-Discipline services, Access Equipment Hire and Sales services to a wide range of sectors, including: PetroChemical, Power Generation, Nuclear Power, Schools and Hospitals, Pharmaceuticals, Utilities, Civil Engineering, Special Events, Agriculture, Motorway Construction, Satellite Installations and Construction.

Since flotation Siteserv has diversified its support service offering through strategic acquisitions into various new sectors in Ireland and the United Kingdom. The group focus has been to expand further into the infrastructure & utilities sector in Ireland through both organic growth and by acquisition, geographical spread and management experience. The group operates companies that are brand leaders in the markets the serve. Their services are in the main design driven, technical by nature and niche services. 

BCL supported a leveraged buy-in, led by Brian Harvey, of Rent-a-Fence Limited ("Rent-a-Fence") via Beandie Limited (now Siteserv plc) on 30 November 2004. Beandie subsequently acquired Donohue Scaffolding Limited on 15 June 2006. Siteserv procured a quotation on AIM and IEX, on 15 November 2006, at a price of €0.55. The promoters of BCL invested personally in Siteserv and have not reduced their shareholding subsequently (however their shareholding has been diluted by the IPO fundraising and subsequent share issues as part consideration for acquisitions undertaken by Siteserv). Siteserv has made five significant acquisitions since the IPO and, in the opinion of the Directors, is demonstrating strong earnings growth. The board has also been strengthened with executive and non-executive appointments.

Boundary Capital holds 9.0% of the issued share capital of Siteserv plc as at 22 February 2008.
