Niall McFadden (Executive Chairman, Irish)
Niall McFadden is the Chairman of Veris plc, a director of Arnotts Holdings Limited (a retailer and property owner), Chairman of RQB Limited (an asset and wealth manager specialising in development property with interests in Ireland and the US), a director of Panther Group Acquisitions Limited, and he is the founder of Boundary Capital Limited (BCL) and Boundary Management Limited (BML). BCL is an asset and project management company which manages a number of investments in property and services companies. The activities of BCL was taken over by BML from Admission of Boundary Capital plc. Niall is an accountant and has a B.Comm from UCD.

Denis Patrick (Paddy) Murphy (Non-Executive Director, Irish)
Paddy Murphy spent his career with Bank of Ireland where he held a number of senior management positions, including CEO of Bank of Ireland Finance, CEO of Bank of Ireland Northern Ireland and President and CEO of Bank of Ireland/FirstNH Bank USA. Since leaving Bank of Ireland Paddy has accepted a number of directorships including Chairman of Choice Hotels Limited and Non-Executive Director of Quinn Group (Sean Quinn), Data Electronics Group Ltd, RQB Ltd and Trinity College Foundation. He is a Graduate of Trinity College and Harvard Business School, a former Chairman of CoOperation Ireland and Past President of The Northern Ireland Chamber of Commerce.

Michael Walsh (Non-Executive Director, Irish)
Michael Walsh was appointed Group Finance Director of NTR plc in February 2003. NTR plc is a leading developer and operator in renewable energy and sustainable waste management (market capitalisation of €1.36bn). Prior to joining NTR plc, Mr. Walsh was Group Finance Director and Company Secretary of Musgrave Group plc for ten years. Mr. Walsh has a Batchelor of Commerce degree from University College Cork and is a Chartered Accountant who has worked with Price Waterhouse Coopers in both Dublin and London.

Eugene McCague (Non-Executive Director, Irish)
Eugene McCague is currently Chairman of Arthur Cox Solicitors. Mr. McCague advises a wide range of companies, both public and private, on all aspects of company law and has many years' experience in advising on corporate governance matters as well as corporate reorganisations and reconstructions.
